PREP is a slow evaporating solvent that removes grease, gum, glue, sealant, and other sticky materials. This product is effective on vinyl, hard surfaces, materials or velvet fabric and seat belts. This product is ideal for cleaning the excess of sub-layers and permanent wax, tar and silicone.
